I actively mentor subordinates, juniors, interns and also being a facilitator in some BCA learning programs such as #BCAITWORKS and Advisory Program.
Team Leader & Project Manager
At BCA, I'm managing over than 20 products, 12 user divisions to serve, with 18 people in the team.

In non technical aspect, I am familiar with widely known development strategy framework such as Scrum and 4DX. I have 2 years experience of being a Scrum Master in the company. Thus, I am used to deal with project management, timesheet, people and deadlines. Managing and working with my team member with size almost 20 people give me opportunity to escalate my teamwork skill, leadership, management and also communication.
